For a stable livestream, you need a strong and reliable internet connection. We recommend:

• Upload speed of at least 10 Mbps for each mat of HD streaming (higher is better)
• A wired (Ethernet) connection instead of WiFi for more stability
• Testing your connection before the event to avoid interruptions

If your internet is unstable, you may experience lag or buffering, so always check your network before going live!

Smoothcomp TV operates on a revenue-sharing model. You set the PPV price for your event, and a percentage goes to Smoothcomp to cover streaming and payment processing. There are no upfront fees - you only pay when you make sales!

Revenue share means we split the revenue from sold PPV tickets. You never pay anything upfront. If you sell, you earn. If you don't sell, you owe nothing.

• You start by creating a PayPal account (if you don't already have one). When a viewer purchases a PPV ticket, your share of the sale will be deposited directly into your PayPal account.

• Streaming software or encoder - Smoothcomp TV supports RTMP(S) and SRT streams from OBS, vMix, Ecamm, and more
• Stable power & internet - Backup power and a wired internet connection ensure uninterrupted streaming
